Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or adjustment concerns, Emily collaborates with patients to offer evidence-based treatment options, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic therapy. She is committed to helping patients better understand patterns, while also developing practical, effective tools they can apply in their daily lives, and has additional training in career and life transitions and mental health care for women.
