Not Accepting New Patients
I spent 7 years running my private practice before founding Aspire Psychology in 2019. This expansion was driven by my desire to share what I created in a solo practice with a team of clinicians, helping more patients find the care they deserve.
After completing my undergrad at Loyola Chicago, I returned to my hometown, Portland Oregon, to earn my Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University.
As the owner of Aspire, I envisioned a practice where streamlined systems and exceptional administrative support provide a foundation for a connected team of clinicians to focus on what they love doing, growing their careers without all the distracting stress of behind-the-scenes business details. Along the way, we’ve created a community of mental health providers committed to helping our patients thrive.
While I definitely miss seeing patients (this is my first passion), I’ve chosen to temporarily pause patient care to focus on business development, to invest in nurturing team fulfillment and strengthening the connections that sustain our work. Building meaningful relationships remains at the heart of my role—whether through shaping a supportive environment for our psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists and licensed clinical social workers or fostering a practice culture that empowers everyone to flourish. By staying connected to purpose and people, I aim to help our team grow in ways that benefit each of them and every patient we serve.
