OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE

• We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement—sent straight to you—if they confirm that you have out-of-network benefits. See our blog post on Superbills to learn more about this process.

• We cannot accept any Medicaid, Medicare, or OHP plans even if you have coverage through one of our IN-NETWORK insurances.
