Isabella (Bella) Gilberston
PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
She/Her/Hers
I am deeply committed to reducing barriers to mental healthcare and improving accessibility. I am particularly passionate about early intervention and neurodivergent-affirming approaches to care. I strive to make the process of seeking help as clear and straightforward as possible.
With nearly six years of experience working with youth in community mental health settings and supporting providers in private practice, I’m excited to bring my combined direct and indirect experience to the Aspire Psychology team.
As the Practice Administrator, my primary goal is to help patients and clinicians focus on what matters most–the work they’re doing together to improve lives. I do this by cultivating an environment that is person-centered–supportive of patients and clinicians alike–and by ensuring Aspire’s Portland office and clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
I approach every aspect of my work with curiosity, authenticity, and empathy, and I feel truly privileged to support patients and providers at Aspire Psychology.
Outside the office, I enjoy exploring the PNW with my partner, caring for our two cats, Simon and Garfunkel, and baking homemade sourdough bread.
