Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric care to adult patients, or to both adult and adolescent patients (ages 14+) with mild to moderate mental health conditions
Complete comprehensive psychiatric intakes, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management in accordance with professional standards and individual treatment plans
Provide in-person care when medically necessary or clinically appropriate for a patient's treatment
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality requirements, applicable federal, state, and local laws, licensing requirements, and professional codes of ethics
Maintain professional conduct in accordance with the mission and values of Aspire Psychology
Participate in Aspire’s required community engagement and referral-development efforts, including partner meetings, educational presentations, and professional networking
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed prescriber, with 2+ years preferred
Active prescribing experience within the past two years required
Recent practice experience in Oregon strongly preferred
Active Oregon professional license or eligibility for Oregon licensure required
Obtain professional liability insurance prior to start date and maintain throughout employment
Must pass a background check as a condition of employment (conducted after a conditional offer, per Oregon law)
Able to work onsite at Aspire’s downtown Portland office a minimum of 1 day per month up to 1 day per week, with additional in-office time as needed based on clinical need
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $140,000 - $150,000 per year (based on years of prescribing experience) for meeting a minimum caseload of 26 patient sessions per week
Quarterly production bonuses available for prescribers averaging 27 or more patient sessions per week, with total cash compensation potential up to $177,000 per year
401(k) with company match up to 4%
