At Aspire Psychology

About Us
At Aspire Psychology, we’re more than a mental health practice—we’re a mission-driven brand committed to compassionate, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and research-based care. Every piece of content we create is rooted in authenticity, inclusivity, and hope.
We’re seeking a Marketing Content Specialist who not only knows how to write, but who understands how words can heal, connect, and inspire. This role is ideal for someone with experience writing for mental health practices and who is excited to grow with us as we expand into ADHD coaching with a sister company launching soon.
This is an opportunity to help shape the voice of two connected brands and make a meaningful impact on how clients discover and engage with compassionate care.
What You’ll Do
Current Responsibilities
Write and update website content (new pages, updates, and SEO-optimized copy)
Develop engaging, clinically informed blog posts that are audience-centered
Ensure all content aligns with mental health best practices, ethics, and accessibility
Upcoming Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content that reflects our brand voice
Write monthly email newsletters and occasional campaign content
Contribute ideas for new ways to connect with and inspire our audience
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional writing experience, including 1+ years in mental health or related fields
Strong storytelling skills and ability to align with brand voice
Working knowledge of SEO and marketing tools (e.g., Squarespace, Mailchimp, Semrush)
Expertise with AI writing tools including ChatGPT
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
A collaborative, reliable, and feedback-receptive work style
Understanding of mental health conditions and use of trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming language
Why Work With Us?
Meaningful Impact: Your words will directly support individuals seeking care and resources.
Growth Opportunity: You’ll help build content not just for Aspire Psychology, but also for our upcoming ADHD coaching company.
Flexibility: Remote, U.S.-based, with a flexible schedule.
Creative Collaboration: We welcome fresh ideas and creative input—you won’t just be executing, you’ll be shaping our digital presence.
